What should have been a simple deal between a motivated tenant and landlord turned into a frustrating ordeal due to Lee’s lack of urgency, follow-through, and professionalism. To make matters worse, the lease that was sent over had the wrong building address — a basic but critical error that clearly wasn’t even proofread before being shared. This kind of oversight is unacceptable in any real estate transaction, let alone from someone who claims to be a seasoned professional. The entire process felt careless and uncommitted, and I would not recommend working with him or his firm based on this experience.
