I had an amazing experience working with Narina. It was my first time renting in the New York City area. She offered me a lot of care and support so I don’t feel overwhelmed by the process. I was able to sign the lease because she was willing to give me a virtual tour and explained how guarantors work. She is very honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with her!

In my years of working with brokers , Vladimir Baron stood out and just is a pleasure to work it. He was prompt, professional, and did not seem pushy at all. Communication was never an issue and helped me and my wife find the best place that fit us.He was very knowledgeable with the area and during our tour it seemed like he was positively well known and popular. I spoke with a few of the residents and they all love Vlad.

And that's still a lot...These people are very unprofessional and beyond that.All these 5 start reviews are no legit at all.The one starts reviews are the actual legit ones, those are saying the truth.Me and my fiance regrets to ignored those 1 Stars reviews.We both have a combined annual incomeOf $350k and very good credit score, of 780 & 815. We liked a 1 bedroom unit (3k monthly rent) in NYC.They seems to be "nice " at first but then they turn their back for no reason with very silly excusesSuch like "you guys didn't meet the profile"Like what is that mean?We both were very disappointed because of the way we were treated. It was horrible and very unprofessional. Seems like "their ideal profile are people with annual income of 1 mill"That same day we contacted another real state company, way the opposite of MNS.We were treated with the professionalism any person who work hard and make more than enough money to qualify for a rent in New York.They helped us, we applied for a bigger apartment we were approved the same day! Without any issues, no obstacles at all.Please people be AWARE! OF MNSThere are others realtors company a lot better who are willing to work with you.Even my sister in law was approved for a unit for herself with an annual income of 60kAnd MNS DENIED HER THE HELP they ignore her.
