I have lived in the building going on three years will not sign another lease with them. They do not care about their tenants. Or retaining them. I have been a Stellar tenant paid rent on time. . The apartment next to skip out owning them 45 thousand dollar. I guess that’s what some New Yorkers do. I wanted a smaller apartment. There offer to me was 1200 more than it’s listed now for rent. On June 21 I got an even better view of the Manhattan skyline while riding the Staten Island Ferry, then later walking across the Brooklyn Bridge.Unique buildings like the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building make the New York skyline recognizable to those familiar with such structures. The diversity of the skyscrapers and lower buildings makes for a great view.Seek to look at the skyline from different parts of New York City to get different views. Seeing the Manhattan skyline is one of the memorable aspects of a visit to New York City. And it costs nothing.
