Not a month’s rent or half month (appropriate in the current soft market environment), but TWELVE PERCENT. For what? Responding to a a web form from an app that he has nothing to do with and unlocking a door?Complete joke do not use this brokerage!

They do not communicate and have lied more than once. I’m not even sure they really had access to a property. If I were a landlord I wouldn’t work with these people.
