I have lived here for now more than 30 years now, and it has become more than my home, it is my community. Nestled alongside the Hudson River with stunning views to come home to and with some of the largest apartments around, I've found my own little piece of heaven here in Yonkers! Artur, our property manager, runs things with an iron hand and a kind heart, and is the reason why the property is what it is today! I can't wait to see all the amazing things coming in the future!! (Like a sign telling folks #91 & #93 are in the rear, lol).

I had to come on here and give an honest review living here. The winters are horrible. Management would tell you remove your AC units from the window, but the issue isn’t the AC units, it’s the lack of heat. It’s currently below 30 degrees outside and all throughout the night and still no heat. I could understand if the heat was on consistently throughout the day and night and at a correct temperature and tenants were still complaining it’s cold then the argument will hold regarding the AC unit in the window. But that’s definitely not the case. It’s very unprofessional for a management company to try and use a lame excuse and blame it on the AC unit. They act like people are incompetent to understand what’s really happening. It’s basic common sense, if you leave the heat on consistently when temperatures are very cold outside these apartments would stay warm enough not to complain. But if it’s off majority of the night and day, and only comes on for a short period of time at low heat temperature apartments here will never stay warm. Soooo if you’re a person who does not like a very cold apartment nexts to the WATER FRONT!. I advise to stay away from here. Oh and the windows are also an issue most of them don’t keep the cold out either because they need to be replaced!. But again I’ll get a response back with nothing but excuses!.

Overall a good place to live they fix any issues you have promptly, heat is always available from fall all the way to the end of winter and the building is kept clean. The only thing I would say is that the main office never picks up the phone and also towards the end of us leaving there were so many dogs all over the property in the building and most of them were unleashed. Some of them pissing in front of the yard and landscaping. I have family members and kids that are terrified of dogs and were living in anxiety coming out of the apartment with the fear of one jumping on them. The walls and floors are thin you can hear next door neighbors and people talking and even a pin drop. We even had issues with neighbors complaining about our kids even when they were playing normally. My suggestion is to have 2 buildings that are designated as pet friendly and have the rest with people who are afraid or allergic to dogs.

After a year being here they raised the rent a lot i really want to know who is gunna pay over 1700 for a unit that has not been renovated at all. not me. I understand if it was renovated but it’s not at all. Neighbors are rudely annoying and loud. You can hear everything from next door. The conversations the loud stomping foot steps (him stomping like he weighs 600lbs makes my dresser shake) the tv and inappropriate things. I can even hear the tv from the downstairs unit. Surprisingly up stairs unit I have no complaints and they have kids. Next door is always yelling and stomping really loud all night and disturbingly playing an instrument he doesn’t know how to play in such weird times of the day. I’ve been having issues with the bathroom here since I moved in and nobody followed up after taking pictures. Parking is a long waiting list and expensive. I broke the lease and left. Finically it’s not worth the stress especially if you get a old outdated unit like I did where nobody comes to fix anything. Don’t rent apartment 2B in building 107. You will be annoyed by the neighbors and hear everything! He yells at his dad and controls him. Everyday. And plays an instrument he doesn’t know and random times.
