Our experience with Furnished Quarters was by far the most exhausting, unprofessional, and stressful.We paid $7,200/month for what was promised as a clean, fully functional unit. Instead, we walked into a space that reeked of cigarette smoke, had ongoing AC leaks, trash left in hallways, and laundry machines with gouged pricing. We brought up each of these issues respectfully and in writing, hoping for resolution. But what we got was silence, dismissal, and unaddressed concerns. We even had to buy our own air purifier just to cope.To make matters worse, when our work contract ended, we provided proper 30-day notice to vacate—clearly outlined in our lease. Yet they attempted to gaslight us, ignored our emails, and tried to hold us financially responsible beyond our legal obligation. We followed every procedure, and they still acted like we were in the wrong.we will never book with them again. The lack of respect, accountability, and professionalism is staggering especially for the price point.If you’re a traveling professional who values clarity, responsiveness, and a livable space — look elsewhere. This company does not care about its tenants beyond the rent check.
July 20 · HER MANIFESTED LIFEI stayed here for a month and had high hopes given the great location—right in the Upper East Side, a beautiful and safe neighborhood with everything nearby. That part was honestly perfect.The place comes with the basics: dishes, decent Wi-Fi, and the support team was pretty responsive. Every time I called, someone picked up and tried to help, which I really appreciated.But sadly, the apartment itself was in rough shape. The gas stove didn’t work, and the drawers underneath wouldn’t close properly—which actually led to a gas leak. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep, and when they replaced it, the new unit stuck out past the blinds, so there was no privacy. The ironing board was wobbly, and the toilet barely flushed because the flap wasn’t working.One more thing to be aware of: the lease says 30 days, but you only get to stay 29 nights. That felt a bit sneaky.Could have been better. Should have been better.It is a good market in the absence of Air BNB in NYC.

April 28 · Thomas DePiroThey had ever detailed covered from coffee mugs and filters to every kitchen utensil you could need. Bathroom was stocked with soaps and shampoos. Garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper are all provided. For a short term renter and traveler you don't need to stock an apartment from scratch. Also, their customer service is top notch. They responded in minutes to any question. I just rented a 2nd place to use as a home office space from them and had no issue booking it sight unseen because they've earned my trust. I did decide on a quick tour of the 2nd apartment before final payment and it was even better than the photos showed. While the prices are a bit (not a lot) higher than the cost to rent a comparable apartment, you're paying for the convenience of a month to month lease. Plus, all the utilities are included.

The Concierge team is professional, service-oriented and focused on satisfaction for the residents. They are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is always “at the ready” to solve any issue promptly and focuses on resolution. The housekeeper was thorough and thoughtful. During my stay I had the pleasure of speaking with the team at Furnished Quarters on several occasions. From the initial start of the sales process all the way through customer service, the team was amazing in their support. Each time I spoke to anyone, the experience left me feeling good about my decision to choose Furnished Quarters for my stay. I would highly recommend FQ.
