After I came back on July 23,2022. Picked the door then enter into the room, just found out my key has gone. There were somebody else touch my stuff while I was absent. I reported this to Elite Maagement. The lady who spoke cantonese, she said: we are not involved. Well, so smart and landlord friendly lady work with Elite Management. I am a tennat who rent the room and paid rent for 7 months, I lost stuff in my room,and you said you are not involved. Thanks, I know you are invovled with collecting money from each apartments, but not involved with helping tenant who pay the rent of the room under your management. August 05 · TODAY TOMORROWI was scheduled to sublet a property, and three days before my scheduled move in, after moving 3,000 miles to be with my sick child! Bob incorrectly reported to the tenant information re me having been evicted from a home! This never happened, and he never provided proof of this information. He provided a credit report w my FICO score being high enough for my home loan I received in July! His suggestion was I pay SIX MONTHS CASH up front, PLUS a 2 month security deposit, totaling over $15,000! With all these one star reviews, he has to be joking if I would hand over that much money to someone who is clearly unprofessional. I'm surprised they're still in business. He just lost a good tenant for the landlord and put the tenants I was subleasing from in a real bind. TWO THUMBS DOWN 👎 FOR THIS CLOWN 🤡

Only if you want extremely poor service,to be annoyed and frustrated with the attorney and their office then I would recommend them as they are remarkable at doing so.Visit their office you'll see the unorganized bankers boxes resembling the game Jenga , missing ceiling tiles and papers scattered all over. The lack of organization is very disconcerting.Rob Kaplan the attorney didn't even know what closing he was at which shows how much he cares about what's going on. Good luck. 2017

For weeks now.- tried to charge us for breaking rules that aren't on the rental agreement( they ultimately didn't charge us because they couldn't show us where on the agreement the rule was...)
