The board of directors under the new president Michelle Chaffin continues to be in non complience with the bylaws for years. Only one election in 3 years, never held on the date according to the bylaws, one-third of the current board members were nomonated by a few as 5 people without shareholders' knowledge of who they are. In addition, under her leadership, the board interferes with shareholders wanting to meet, and hard copies of annual meetings are no longer distributed. First, we face foreclosure proceedings in 2019 with two board members directly responsible, which was confirmed by the boards own counsel, and they are still serving on the board today, and now this. Shareholders did not learn their lesson after paying hundreds of dollars a month more from the fireclosure proceedings. If you consider biying at Dorie Miller, i suggest you ask for the 2019 annual meeting minutes and look for all the missing information. I asked them many times, and not even the counsel could provide them. You know something is not right.

And then you will lose the lawyer fee and $500 application fee. This means, even if you are approved by the slowest board and laziest management, you will have to deal with the incompetent management while you living there, and most importantly, you can't sell your unit when you have to sell!!!! You will have to waste maybe whole year's of maintenance fee or will never sell the coop!!! Thank God I didn't buy this coop!!!DON'T BUY!!I was warned from the yelp review, but after one year of wasting my money and time, I WARN YOU!!Do not make same mistake..
