They were extremely nasty and uncooperative with assisting me on getting the premised rented because they know I was obligated to pay the rent to term. Patricia Walsh from Cord Myer who was responsible for leasing basically indicated that to me on her phone call that it was my fault to sign an extension for 5 years. I finally paid my last rent Bill in august 2022. They owed me a deposit of $20,710.00 but they only paid me $10,786.42. They deducted $8000 for AC repairs and over $1000 for sign removal. The AC was working perfectly when I left and all my signs were removed. This Company is real scam and disgusting.Azeem Khan MD

September 20 · Azeem KhanPoor excuse of pure greed.This company wants to kick out a tenant in the Bay Terrace Shopping Center in Bayside Queens.Jack's pizza has been there for many years and there are at least 7 vacant store fronts.Cord Meyer will not renew the lease or even let them pay what they can while still in a pandemic.They want to kick out a loyal tenant ,a great Pizzeria and the kick in the gut is to replace that Pizzeria with ANOTHER PIZZERIA.corporate greed!!!!!!!
