However, upon arrival, the business was locked. We attempted to reach him via both text and phone, but received no response. We waited for 30 minutes with no follow-up or acknowledgment.While we understand that things can come up, completely failing to communicate after making a commitment is both disrespectful and unprofessional. It left a poor impression—not just about the individual but about the business as a whole. Our time, interest, and effort deserved at least a basic level of courtesy and transparency.
