Beware dealing with them! Recently they have just become my new landlord, and I have asked them to send rent statements thru emails like what the old landlord been doing for years. We don’t have access to our mailbox, so we can’t receive mails from the carriers. They agreed, but never send them thru email, today I received a rent demand letter from the landlord, I paid the rent in full as soon as possible, and communicate with them positively, but their VP-Bob Rosenberg keeps saying I’m in default(which I’m not), and I have to pay for their legal fee and late fee etc, it has 0 legal ground, it’s their hassle to squeeze more money from small business like ours! So don’t fall for that, and it’s a shame that a big developer landlord would use these tricks against small businesses instead of building a long term relationship with their tenants!
