I have received multiple emails from Mario and after explaining to him that I have never reached out or shown any interest in communicating with this agency her replied that he is very "big on social media and that I must have submitted my info there". Well I am not "big on social media" so that did not happen. What did happen was he looked up my name, email, and physical address and how long I have been at that address because his first email was to send me a congratulations on being there 10 years. The whole interaction came across as desperate for a client. I replied to him to take me off all future communications and today he has emailed me once again.

I was working with Davidson Joesph we put in an offer for a property he told us that the offer was accepted by the buyer then he call 2 days later and said they accepted a higher offer. So we found another property when for an open house and Davidson was the realtor so we put in an offer Davidson said that it was accepted they send over the contact to our lawyer so we did an inspection they was lot of things need to fix in the property. We sign contract and send our downpayment. We realized that on the contract say one family the description on the listing say two family when we ask for them to change it Davidson told us that the owner don’t want to do the deal anymore. So we contact the seller and ask what happens he said Davidson told him we pull out the deal. Davidson told us he can get us the first property that we had put in offer if we give him $5000. When he realize that we was not going to give him any money he call us and told let’s move forward we went back to see the property because they had to put back the garage door which they did put back. So Monday the seller attorney send over the contract. Guest what the both seller has the same attorney that work with Davidson. Rosa Tricarica Law Offices of William J. Reinhardt Jr.They still had our deposit for the second property. Anyway we sign contract for the first property Davidson told us to schedule and inspection which was scheduled to come the Tuesday for 5:30pm. Davidson call us about 2:00pm and told us to cancel the inspection because the seller is not sell the property anymore. We spoke to the seller and they said that they told him that they no longer want to sell but he didn’t listen. The attorney did not even speak to the seller before she sent out the contract. Davidson tell the lawyer what to do and what not to do. Davidson was doing whatever he want he did care about anybody but himself. So now we are still looking and they don’t want to refund our money from the inspection.
