The commission split is second to none - $149/month for 100% COMMISSION!! That's unheard of!! Also, the office location is on the Upper East Side. All industry resources are available through the company portal via your personal agent profile! It's a technologically advanced firm, which makes it super easy to work remotely (a personal favorite of mine). The Principal Broker & President of this company are a FANTASTIC team and available whenever needed.There's also an opportunity for a 50/50 commission split, which can be great if you're just getting started in this industry or prefer to work part-time as an agent.I definitely recommend this growing firm to any agent looking for freedom to run your real estate business all while receiving an AMAZING commission split and technologically advanced systems to be able to work from anywhere, on your own time!!

Her colleague Dimitar wrote me back and asked what I was looking for in an apartment. I replied that I was looking for what I emailed Kristina, Dimitar immediately tried a bait-and-switch on me. When I responded saying I was only interested in the apartments I originally reached out about, they stopped replying. The whole thing was weird and unprofessional. I recommend sticking with Citi-Habitats or another brokerage agency.
