My building supervisor, Cerem, always respond to every issues be it minor or major. The building is well- maintained. The maintenance staff are courteous and are competent.My neighbors or residents are disciplined people. To share the building with them feels safe.The manager,Ms.Cassandra, is humane. She listened and tried to assist on making it easy for me to decide in the renewal/not renewing the lease.
