The heating system is equally ineffective given the ductwork issues.The house has several competing electrical wiring systems due to past owners modifications that now cause an unnecessary complexity that the electrical contractor called “I can’t figure this out this is madness”.The roof has never been replaced and has several concerning spots.The pool needs to be fully renovated due to leaking pipes and liner work.
