I have lost packages being delivered to the apartment building multiple times. I have photo proof of the packages being delivered inside the building but only 3-4 hours later the packages go missing (also had the neighbors confirm that they’ve seen the packages during some hours before they were gone). There are *MULTIPLE* cameras being installed in the hallways where you would be able to *clearly* see how those packages are being handled. However, when I contacted them to ask who I can get in contact with in order to view the camera footages (with specific date and time) - their answer is “no one”. Who installed the cameras, who’s managing the video footages, and what is the purpose of having those cameras if no one at all has access to them?I understand theft or accidents can happen but if there are cameras available at the building where those things may be happening - what could be the reason for not showing the video footages?Worst of all - is that there is no empathy from the management or eagerness to provide a solution whenever a problem arises. It feels like I’m being told “well that’s your problem so deal with it yourself”.

The super is constantly losing his phone and getting a new # so there is no one you can contact if there's a problem.
