John & his team run such a tight ship - everything runs like clockwork - maintenance requests completed as soon as you raise them, all public places are impeccably clean, packages neatly kept/delivered and a great decorum throughout. When I was touring places, one of the buildings I was considering had a manager who worked at The Caroline and she sort of recommended this place over her building. Still remember that and still thank her for it.

Don't waste your time touring this building, by the time your app is submitted they will have reneged on several of the offers they outline during the apartment showing. They will change the lease term, pricing, and concessions like access to the lifetime. The realtor, Zack only cares about his fee. He will offer x,y and z and then when its time to sign take it all away. Again, don't waste your time, this building is not only not worth the money but if it runs anything like the management company tries to rent it, you are better off avoiding it all together.
November 20 · Rick RothsteinDon't listen to the bad reviews of people who just like to do such things, I had to move there with my family for a 6 months renovation in my other place, great staff. great apartments, and greast happy vibrant building. John the building manager is terrific person and always helping, and the porters and doormen are equally helpful. Place is always clean, and always was a pleasure to come back there in the evening after work. I strongly recommend it.
