I really enjoy living at this apartment complex—the atmosphere is welcoming, the community feels safe, and overall it’s been a great place to call home. The constant fire alarms have been a bit excessive. The amenities are well kept, and I appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining the property when called upon.One thing I’ve missed recently is the familiar presence of management. It used to feel very personal stopping by for packages, mail, or help around the buildings because you’d always be greeted by a friendly face. Over the last month or so (I imagine having to do with the change in leasing/management company) there has been a significant difference in this. A lot of the staff we know and love are no longer here- we no longer have the sense of community with kind greetings, helpful hands, or even friendly smiles. The Amazon lockers/package room has been in disarray- taking hours/days to get a package. The sense of connection hasn’t been quite the same, and it does make a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
