An agent with the management company showed an apartment to my brother-in-law on my behalf (I'm relocating and unable to tour units myself unfortunately) refused to let my 4 year old nephew use the restroom. My brother-in-law, with his 1 year old baby and my nephew, needed to run 5 blocks to make it to a bathroom. How despicable. That's a real shame, what she did. The apartments were lovely, but I'm not interested in living there under such horrible management.
November 03 · Julia CohenWell kept no fee building next to the park, many areas were improved and updated while I lived there. There is less sound insulation but it’s not too noisy. Some apartments have spacious balconies. Neighbors are pretty nice people. I enjoyed living here.
