Concierge are incredible (Gene and Howard are the best in NYC), the apartment I rented was fully renovated except they forgot to install ventilation in the kitchen above the stove and refused to do so after I signed. One star for the way Brodsky treated the Asian American woman being attack violently outside the building (look it up, from 2021 - they closed the door on her as she was being kicked in the gut on the ground). Wouldn’t ever want to live here again for fear of personal safety. Rents also dropped a lot after COVID which introduced problematic tenants. - Karen N
