Needed an office in nyc and found Spaces. The staff was friendly and I had a pleasant stay. The office I had was a decent size. Chairs and desk were comfortable. I would come back to work here for sure. Nice area to hang out in after work too. Plenty of lunch spots around in case you need to step out for lunch.

The space is overall nice but it's almost impossible to work in their business lounge b/c they pump out music SO loud. I've asked the front desk to lower down the volume but they would just do it in a minimal way so it wouldn't even change much. Seriously yeah it's nice to have a trendy ambiance but seriously this is not a pub. If you need a quiet work setting this is not your place.

This is a fantastic space but very poorly-run.I used the common space but so many people were talking so loudly on their cellphone that I couldn’t get ANY work done.The staff were in the vicinity but never intervened and did not seemed to care.It’s too bad since the space was beautiful and had a lot of potential…….
