I warn you. Do not trust Regus / Spaceworks. This business will show a series of deceptive behaviors. When your lease gets over, they won’t return your deposit back. With no legal ground, they won’t return or do anything. After months after you request for your deposit money back and no responses, You will have to report to public authorities to fight for this matter. You will also need to do that or simply lose your money as they intend.

Needed a day pass in Manhattan, the address on Google is wrong. The place is clean and no noise. Coffee is 2.50 and it's cold, bring your own and a water bottle
