You have offices as well as larger rooms that can be used for formal or more casual meetings. And the staff has always been very nice and helpful, ready to address or take care of anything I've needed.I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced workspace.

It is in a great location and accessible to all forms of transportation. Easy process and communication with staff. Great flexibility. I will rent again.

I lost some showroom space I had nearby so when I have customers come to this location, it is just 3 blocks from where I used to meet them so there has been no drop off in my sales. The place is clean, they have many choices of office size and the staff is as nice and professional as they can be. I would highly recommend this space but don't tell too many people, I like how low-key and uncrowded it is now! UPDATED 6/20/19 -A year later, continues to be a great option for me, i was just there today!
