This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went to this Regus location to collect my mail, and the front desk staff treated me with unbelievable rudeness and disrespect. Not only did they fail to locate my mail, but when I asked for help with closing my account, they acted like I was a nuisance and tried to brush me off. When I pushed back and insisted on proper assistance, the employee threatened to call security on me — for simply asking for basic service. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable behavior. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a professional environment. Avoid this location at all costs if you expect even the slightest level of courtesy or professionalism.

I’ve been a tenant for 8 years. Each year the customer service gets worse and worse, the rent gets higher and they nickel and dime for E-V-E-R-T-H-I-N-G. Staff seems overworked and underpaid. REGUS, please take care of your tenants and employees better! I cannot recommend REGUS to anyone unfortunately. Stay away if you can.
