Suddenly, I was told that phone inquiries are no longer allowed unless I pay an extra fee. I raised a complaint about this by email, and instead of receiving help or a proper explanation, I was ignored completely.A few days later, I received another email saying that even in-person mail collection — something that had always been included — would now be charged $9/month starting next renewal.This abrupt change, immediately following my complaint, feels retaliatory.I also escalated this issue to IWG’s customer service at the corporate level — no response at all.It’s very disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and transparency from both the local office and headquarters.I’m now reconsidering whether to continue using Regus at all, and I hope other clients are made aware of how service expectations are quietly being reduced while new fees are introduced without fair warning.
