July 14 · kang shiWorked here and paid them for years! Yes they tried to steal over 30k from me and continues to gatekeep payout invoices ive asked for months now. Including proof here: I worked here for 4 years. During the end of 2024 they were forcing me to sign new contracts while delaying commisions upwards of $10k+ due to me prior to presenting this contract. They terminated me for questioning them and then further delayed paying me for 3 months in full. Meanwhile i had 2 more pending deals ($15k+) which i had no idea if id be paid but i was actively doing everything to close them even while kept out of my email and in a flux, and no support as usual but of course they wanted to take their cut and more. They tried to short me by 30%, claiming it was per contract. I asked them to show me which contract they were referring to, instead they ignored me for months. They look professional but the department severly lacks accountability and basic dignity towards hardworking agents. They intentionally paid me less thinking i didnt have a coy of my contract or that I wouldnt drag them in court. If you experience this, take them. I got ALL my moneyBut the consequences of 3 months late, my attorney fees, and still not being given basic invoices from my past deals which they are required to provide as brokers ( Ive asked for them sincce october, through several emails and in person visits). Even my past customers arent able to get documents which they should have to provide and hold for 3 years. Not only that they took credit for my past sale, a rather difficult one i worked 6 months on, 7 gauldy ave, in the winter and summer, from start to finish. I asked for my 1099 for months from them as well and made it clear to be only emailed. I had to send a reminder email asking where my tax documents were on Jan 30th. They likely mailed them out if they were following IRS deadlines, even after I told them i have privacy concerns of it being mailed with my SSN and I needed it emailed--told them over several emails. On Jan 31st, they decided to send out authorization forms to have the tax document released via email. The last day you are required to? For the last 3 years my 1099 was emailed to me without any forms prior too. evidently they have no sense of care for your personal info which they share out to VAs overseas all the time. Seems like a trend. Send out contracts, forms to cover their own problems while compromising peace of mind and financial wellbeing of agents. Read and keep your contracts! Brokers are not your family

July 06 · Amanda RayIm an incredibly hard working agent who worked in this company for over 4 years and now they havent paid me for over 3 months. I suffer from Lupus, kidney disease and have worked through it and made my ends meet working any and every deal. Every dollar I earned, it came at a cost to my health. In my last 3 deals theyve already refused to pay me my full commissions. Its over $10,000 and counting. Winter times are slower and difficult on my health and they kept my summers earning which I worked 7 days a week for. Without a word they delayed my payments and instead I was offered a new contract. After i requested for timely payment of my earned commission they terminated my contract and paid out a substantially lower amount. They gave me a wall for 2 months. Ive gone through the most complicated deals and even when I made out with nothing, my broker Michael Napolitano was paid by me. I was suppose to recieve another payout of a pending deal (which they have hostage over even after Im terminated), i handed them the check and recorded it. They still have not paid me even after stating it was to be paid out november 8th. Ive had over a hundred client documents which they tried to remove me from silently before termination. I soon will be handing them another check with no foresight of getting paid. Please dont support a business that cant have basic accounting in order and steal from its agents in the form of "policy" that they cant specify. In order to get access to my basic documents ive had to spend money on a lawyer and now having to get further legal aid to get my funds. Brokerages like this never know what it costs to be agent. They will charge you for everything and offer you training available online and then take insane splits after a termination msot convienant to them. Read your contracts when you sign with a brokerages and keep them on file. They consistently told me Id get paid out based on the contract and when I asked them what contract they are referring to justify their actions I was removed from the systems. They still cant provide that contract!

In addition to having a network of home specialist (mortgage, repair, etc.) who match his level of professionalism, Patrick is an adept negotiator and 5 stars do not do him justice. He'll continue to be my go to realtor in the future and someone I'd recommend without hesitation for anyone.
