Karina Goncharuk a realtor who works for PMRNYC is by far one of the worst. She is very unprofessional, I reached out to her about an apartment listing I was seriously interested in renting and she only responded to me one time via text message. That is not the appropriate way of communicating with someone who’s trying to rent an apartment. I then proceeded to leave her a few voice mails which were also ignored. The apartment itself is still listed on apartments.com as of today. I meet both requirements needed to rent good credit and proof of income. Poor Overall experience.

It feels like they're trying to keep our security deposit since it has been eight months and we have not seen any of the $4400. Don't rent with them if you want a trustworthy and responsive landlord. We never even met the landlord after a year. The apartment advertised a terrace meanwhile we weren't actually able to use it because it causes leaks in the floor below. It was an overall low quality experience, which wouldn't have been considered as horrible had they returned the money they were supposed to.Edit: (3/18/2021) - Issue with security deposit has not been resolved and we left the apartment in February 2020. Nobody ever gives any useful answers. The comparison between the landlord Bobby and our current landlord is drastic. Don't settle for a bad landlord, there are better ones out there! Bobby was basically a ghost who took really poor care of the building we were living in. Black mold in the wall and roaches everywhere. One word: Shady.

Stressed about finding an apartment? Contact Michael at Premier Metro.We spent a month and a half trying to work with other realtors and it seemed hopeless. In a matter of 2 days, Michael showed us our perfect place, processed our application and got us a lease to sign! It still hasn't hit me that the entire process, which I assumed was slow-moving and painful, came to such a pleasant ending.

Absolutely amazing! My roommate & I were getting desperate trying to find a 2BR only a few days before the move-in date when we spied a great apartment on Craigslist. We contacted Mike Levine - who went above & beyond to show us around, push our paperwork through, & even met us one of us to sign the lease on what we later found out was his birthday! Amazing work ethic & generosity from the whole process.

Just be careful. They will happily take your money for a deposit, then relist the unit at a higher price to find more renters. In fact, Even if you put down a deposit on an apartment they will not maintain any of their promises. While retaining your “good faith” deposit they will keep you out on the line and actively market the apartment for which you have “secured.” Also, they will not return the deposit until they have confirmed renters for your unit. Apparently, you pay 500 dollars only to have the chance to rent an apartment. Then when you question the happenings, they ignore you, or say they are going to speak with management only to get zero response. Overall, you gotta be careful with this group. They will act under ignorance and accidents even though it’s clear what their intentions are. Honestly, there are far better and more trustworthy groups out there.
