The breakers constantly blow in the summer when it’s hot, making it incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Philips International has not invested in upgrading the infrastructure, even though residents are paying significantly more. Additionally, no new amenities have been added, so it feels like we’re just paying more forthe same (or worse) experience.To make matters worse, no other RV parks in the area charge as much as they do. It feels like they are simply squeezing as much profit as possible from long-term residents without reinvesting in the property. If you’re considering staying in an RV park owned by Philips International, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

March 26 · Shannon BlakeI live in a mobile home park in Connecticut. They don’t do anything for you. They go up rent every year. They don’t take care of the grounds. We have no on-site management if we need something done we have to call and sometimes you don’t even do that much either.

They have destroyed the spotted turtle habitat here in South sanford. We have already had 1 sales in this park and I have spoke with 4 others who are considering selling. Phillips International must be stopped here in maine before the destroy the whole state.

Very stingy with any expenses at all and quite disrespectful in her communication. The apartment was very nice but it cost us a lot of time and money to deal with Sheila and the management team. I myself manage properties in Boston, so I’m familiar with the territory, and would never treat my tenants this poorly.
