★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been a resident of this building since 1995, and it's been more than just a place to live—it's been home. I raised both of my sons here, and I’m deeply grateful for the comfort, cleanliness, safety, and sense of security this building has consistently provided over the years.Compared to many public housing options and some NYCHA-managed properties, this building truly stands out. Of course, no place is perfect, but overall, I’d confidently give it four stars. And let’s be honest, being able to do laundry in my pajamas without stepping outside? That’s a luxury I never take for granted. The app that tells me when the machines are free? Game-changer. It’s the little things that make a big difference.
September 04 · Diane AndersonDefinitely a great place to live. The staff is amazing and all of them do a wonderful job, I don’t have any issues with the tenants. Everything works properly and I feel safe in the building. The only issue is the water pressure, I wish the water pressure would be a lot better.
March 02 · Silver StreamClean building, apartments are big and beautiful l love my new apartment! Do agree that the water pressure is a little low.
July 11 · diorquiris lizThe building is good in this neighborhood but the management could not be worse. I had to fight for every single thing we deserve as tenants. The management office staffs need proper training that they would know how to treat the people for whom they have a job there. They think they are doing a favor to us whereas they don't even realize the purpose of their job.
May 24 · Anandam RoyWorse place to live everRats are coming out the walls, water is leaking every other day and management will not doing anything about it, if you call the super he is always on vacation, call the management and they say call emergency maintenance phone number, even if you call that number multiple times not one will show up to your apartments, won't fix issues for days.Stay away for your own good!!!
