I clean 3x a day and still there are roaches in the kitchen cabinets, fridge, bedroom, bathroom. It's so stressful because I was reassured I wouldn't have insects due to the kitchen cabinets being sealed, that was a lie. This is my first apartment and I can't enjoy it due to being anxious about having roaches everywhere. This building needs new management and maintenance staff. My dream apartment has become a nightmare.

The windows aren't insulated well, which left the bedroom extremely drafty. The ceilings are high which is nice for tall people. It can get a bit noisey which the kids that live upstairs are running around. But overall I'd rocommend renting here.
January 10 · Ashley WorthyDO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF RENTING AN APT FROM THIS COMPANY OR AT THIS BUILDING! Firstly, If you aren't ok with sharing your apt with mice or roaches (giant ones) this is not the place for you. The mice are in there like they own the place. It is infested beyond anyone's control. Secondly, In the winter time the boiler doesn't work more than it does work, therefore you are left without heat or hot water for days. When you complain to the super he says complain to management when you complain to management they say it is being worked on. Thirdly, the elevators are always broken. There are two and every other week one doesn't work. Fourth, God forbid something is broken in your apt or there is a leak in another apt above yours the super will come fix the leak and leave your ceiling opened and covered with a black garbage bag until he is "able" to come back and cover the hole with actual compound and sealant. I had to leave this building because the conditions weren't appropriate for a child to live in. The only good thing about this place is it is a pet friendly building so if you have a dog they will accept you without any question. Unfortunately my dog isn't too happy with mice and roaches sharing his space.
