She’s always busy one girl who can’t help with anything answers the phone to say “receptionist is busy, and avoids phone from there” it’s best to keep records when paying this office cause they (from experience) miss place ur money and ask u to pay it again, saying that u never paid rent. Last time it was Andres some guy with glasses misplacing our rent into another account. He got hostile and luckily I save all emails from him saying he misplace the money into another account, leaving him responsible for that money. KEEEEEEP RECEIPTS AND RECORDS **** pictures.

I have been calling for an apartment for months to be told different things each time depending on which receptionist picked up. I was told to call back a month later by one and then told to call back the next day by another. Finally this week I was told an apartment would become available. I called everyday this week so I could go in and submit an application. Yesterday I was told no apartments were available. I called twice yesterday. I went in today to find out that there was an apartment available but isn’t available anymore. When I inquired why I was told yesterday that there were no apartments available and why I was told the earliest I would be able to see an apartment if it becomes available is next week, I wasn’t given a clear explanation except that the apartment was already taken. When I asked to speak to a supervisor a security guard of all people came to speak to me. Receptionist ANGIE is incompetent at her job.

Everytime building super comes, take a picture and nothing happened so far. Today they came again and said they will fix it on Monday not today Friday because i have two kids at home its not a priority. Their priority is to fix my next door vaccant apparent for which tenant will come next month.
April 14 · Robeul IslamTheir rent is reasonable and their apartments are nicely renovated. Leasing system is really nice and professional. They are under rent control, so rent doesn't go up too much. My building super is so nice and response quickly in any situation. Love this company.
August 06 · Sunny RahmanFirst of all ladies in the front desk office are rude as hell and lies like pro. Buildings doesn't get repaired often and dirt. Apartment are fairly priced but if you have issues doesn't get very well response. Some of the tenants think they own the building and bothers other tenants which management doesn't take any responsibility even though they know those tenants. I do not recommend this buildings too poliet and nice people. If you can fight and be rude all the time this management best fit for you.
