They have worst maintenanc system. Super is the most lazy person. He havent done anything. I talked to manager he dont respond either its bin 10 days and apartment looks like hell.My 15 month old started vomiting and I had to left apartment in emergency. The mole is growing everywhere.The roaches are in all over the buildings. Super dont do anthing even if we tell him to fix it. Dogs to pie in elevators and no one cleans it. Marvana smells comes from bathroom through exhaust system. Very bad situation!!!!
July 05 · Chaudhary AhmadI put the latest video on 4th July, its bin 10 days no one came to look at it.i send emails to building manager multiple times, talked in the main office they haven't done any thing. Super of the building is the most lazy person and he said he cannot do anything. They charging $ 2200 a month for this apartment. Same situation is with the apartment on lower level and tenant left the apartment too and management said you cannot break the lease and they not even coming to make a look at it .i have 15 month old he started vomiting and i moved family in emergency situation.I received email from management the apartment is fixed and you can see they haven't done anything.If you still want to lease apartment with nautilus or kings and queens good luck with that!!!!!!!!!!
