★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Within a year both the bathroom and kitchen sinks started to leak. Kitchen sink was clearly already horribly repaired. No one answers the phones. Property manager uses their authority to gain access to the apartment whenever they feel like. Floors are poorly patched up to stop mice. However, still infested with mice. Kitchen is overrun with roaches. Countertops are clearly decayed but they were never replaced before move in date. We lose heat and hot water for days on end with no response from property manager or realty company.last but not least kitchen has immense water damage that has yet to be repaired. Too embarrassed to even post photos I’m disgusted!! If you want to speak to someone you have to curse them out or go to Brooklyn yourself. The property manager and landlord are just the middle men.

I’ve went months without hot water or heat to which they never respond until they think the problems solved ( to no avail) They will let the water damage & pest run you out before your lease is close to done with no repairs on anything you’ve requested. They will threaten you , ignore you & then when it’s time to move they’ll drag their feet if it’s anything that needs to be done on their behalf .

Plumbing kitchen bathroom locks on doors etc all they care about is money which I understand you have bills to pay too but fix up the place maaan!! If I could've given a NEGATIVE star I would but Google doesn't allow that lucky Google is on yall side with not allowing NEGATIVE stars
June 03 · Top DawgHorrible slumlords . I have to contact section 8 anytime I need a repair due to laziness on landlords part. He left me and kids without heat and hot water for a whole month. We had to bathe with stove boiled water for that month. Tenants broke a window 2 weeks ago and left glass so after 2 weeks (even called the office and emailed over 3 times) I called section 8 , they came to inspect this morning and Marked started to send me threatening voice notes and texting me "You must have forgot that Im the landlord and you are the tenant".
