I have heard every excuse possible from Cheryl Anzel:"checks will be mailed at the end of the month", then "the check needs to be signed by the accountant, she is not in", "the checks haven't been issued yet", "our computer system was down" and the latest is we are actually not going to issue the checks, the new managment company will do that. A few times that I asked her to transfer me to someone who is actually responsible for issuing the checks she failed to do so. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone, they don't always respond to emails and when they were hired by our co op the first thing they did was to raise maintenance (it was raised twice in the 3 years that they have been managing). Avoid this managment company!

Taj who handles the building that I lived in is not helpful and has a terrible attitude. Be careful with this management company!
