Moving out was painless, and our security deposit was returned within a couple weeks of move out.

They stole money from my security deposit, threatened to throw away my lease at one point before I had even moved in and the lease was signed and sent a very aggressive text message as I was on my way out. Even with the 40% rent increase, I was considering staying for the location and convenience but after the way they addressed my concerns, I decided to look elsewhere. Would not recommend.

No issues with management, service requests were filled, competent and polite super, building was well maintained and I received my security deposit back in full within 3 weeks of lease end. Would be happy to rent from them again.
