★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would strongly advise against engaging Kennard Singh as your real estate agent, and if I had the option, I would rate him zero stars. Singh's performance as an agent can only be described as appalling and completely irresponsible. As a buyer, me and my agent experience with this agent has been nothing short of frustrating. He consistently failed to maintain effective communication with the seller, we asked couple time that when does seller ready to close, and he keep saying anytime. So I decide that I want to close before Aug. I locked in my interest rate on June 15th and selecting July 19th as the closing date, I had every reason to expect a smooth and timely process. However, immediately after I secured the interest rate, Singh told us that seller is not ready yet, the closing could not occur on July 19th and would instead need to be postponed until August 14th, which conveniently coincided with the contract's expiration date. This unexpected delay forced me to incur an additional $3500 for an loan extension. Such blatant mismanagement of the transaction is far from the professional conduct one would anticipate from a real estate agent.Furthermore, my spouse and I had plans to purchase furniture from overseas, which we want to measure the size of the property in order to choose the right furnitue. Despite our repeated requests, Singh consistently claimed that the owner was unavailable, hindering our ability to plan accordingly. To our astonishment, when we eventually signed the contract on August 14th, we discovered that Singh had never conveyed our need for a survey to the owner, nor did he promptly inform us of his intent to close the deal on July 19th.I cannot emphasize enough how unsatisfactory my experience with this agent has been. Kennard Singh's performance in this transaction was not only subpar but also demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. I strongly advise anyone seeking a competent and reliable real estate agent to steer clear of him.
September 24 · Zehong ChenBeware of this real estate agent. Broker named Samia Khan wasted one week of mine after confirming that the landlord will give me the apartment. Everyday she kept on telling me that we will sign the lease today and that same day she tells me that the agent is not available. We will try tomorrow. Everyday same thing for one week. And after one whole week, she texts saying that the landlord gave the apartment to someone else.My time is precious just like you agents also.
June 09 · Fameer Yousef AmeerThis company is a whole scam. They work with slumlords where the tenants never renew their lease and always end up leaving after the 1 year lease is up. The slumlords come back to place house on the Market and the company gets paid another fee to rent the house to a new tenant.
May 17 · VictoriaBecareful doing business with this realator espcially with Mrs K. We was asked for documentation like w2 etc and we were approved for the apartment and we went to meet landlord &to sign the contract. We offered to pay 1year upfront if they included garage/driveway which landlord agreed. There was a few things we wanted to make landlord aware LIke vent fan in bathroom not working ¬ fully finished closets. Landlord said he would fix it. Also before signing we asked to see the apartment again to see what works &what doesnt. It was at that moment the agent tells us they dishwasher doesnt work because the landlord turned off the water Because the PREVIOUS TENANTS water bill was Too High. We asked the landlord to turn it back on Or take the dishwasher out because whats the point in having something that DOESNT WORK, or are We Wrong? It seemed like the Landlord would punish the new tenants because of the previous ones. Mind you that wasnt told to us when we viewed apartment but only 20minutes before signing contract because we asked to see what works and doesnt work. Had we not asked we wouldve found this out when we moved in. Also the paper the realator gave us said it had a dishwasher included which was a lie since the landlord didnt plan on turning the water on for it. Cut to the meeting the landlord agreed to turn it on and fix the exhaust vent in the bathroom. We told him we would give him the year upfront &he could take the broker fee and security from there &wed pay those two months within the year with monthly payment since the realator told us the landlord didnt care about a year upfront &that we could also pay monthly. So we didnt see an issue. At that moment the landlord got upset and wanted to see ALL THE PAPERWORK see provided. Which wasnt an issue to us. But the landlord said we didn’t provide w2 when we provided a summary of our w2 that had all the info. So he said until he gets the correct form which was the w2 wage and tax form that the jobs give. I told him wed need a few days as our accountant was on vacation until a day after Memorial Day andvhe said it’s FINE he’s not denying us the apartment and that its ours as long as he gets the correct form which we sent. At the end the realator said the landlord denied us after both of them gave us their Word. Mind you we was hoping to have our lease start on June 15 or July 1st since we still had time and the realator told us thats not possible and to ask our landlord if we could leave earlier and still get our security etc. so we worked it out with our current landlord and told him we’d leave by June 15 so we had 15days to move our belongings without being rushed. Our landlord agreed &now has someone moving by July 1st &is hoping that we keep our agreement so he can repaint and repair whatever needs to be repaired to have the apartment ready for the new tenants July1st. So now were out of luck because the new landlord didn’t keep his word after we sent the correct w2 forms. No reasoning is given to us just that he denied our application even tho we was ready to sign that day of the meeting. He gave us his word when I asked him so we didnt have to continue looking for anything and so we could tell our landlord it’s 100% and his reply was I’m not denying you the apartment, the Apartment is yours as long as you send the correct w2 form because he wanted to see what Ian paid in taxes and to make sure we make enough because as he said he wants us to stay 4 5 6yeats and not just one. I don’t know what changed because the w2 stateded the same amount the w2 summary stated, which is 119.4K and that was just my mother’s income and not including what my father or I make. Landlord told us what my mother makes is good enough for him he just wants the w2 that the job gives. We sent that and now he said no even after he gave us His word & after the realator gave us her word too. Now we’re in a tight situation as we have to find something for the 15th, instead of the 1st so we could move our belongings by the 15th with no rush. I feel like its discrimination
May 31 · PureMedics NycI don’t usually write reviews, but i felt the need to write this one because of how smoothly it was handled by my agent Ivette. I just closed on my first purchased apartment less than two weeks ago. As a first time home buyer, you could only imagine how stressed I was. Before I met Ivette, I went through other agents that gave me the run around or asked for more money on bidding wars that went nowhere. It left me, unsure and nervous with no clear direction. Upon meeting Ivette at the apartment I closed on, she assured me that it would be mine. She listened to what my needs were, and assured every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and approachable. There was so much paper work, rules, numbers, lawyers, management, city, fee’s, that even thinking about getting to closing was near impossible. But Ivette calmed my nerves and reassured me that it everything was going to be ok even when I thought it was impossible. She made this process a great experience for me. I recommend her highly for any home buyer. I will definitely be reaching out to her for my second home. Thank you Ivette!
