First things first, the building has all the amenities I was looking for (A/C, doormen, elevator, package room, and laundry room). The doormen are the nicest and most helpful folks, and they actually screen who is entering the building which is much appreciated. The apartment is huge for the price, and I have never had a problem with pests or anything of the like. Anytime I have needed maintenance assistance (clogged drain, etc), they come fix it the same day. Lastly, the building is very safe, with an eclectic mix of older people, families, and roommate situations for 20/30 somethings. The leasing office can be slow to respond due to how many tenants there are, so if you consider moving here I would apply a month out if possible.
