After parking my car, I quickly crossed the street to grab something, and within 10 minutes, I returned to find my car had been towed. A man from Countrywide Towing informed me that I had to pay $300 in cash to get my car back. After paying, my car was returned within five minutes, clearly indicating it hadn’t been taken far and that someone was watching and profiting from this setup.
August 23 · Bill WKimco is the majority owner of a particular extended stay property who outsources reservations booking, whose practices are to book a customer into a property where space is not available---which is the first act of fraud.The second act of fraud is that they create a false portfolio claiming the custoner was a "no show," thereby stealing the customer's deposit.In my meticullous research, I learned that false portfolios are generated by the one-fourth partner and NOT by the staff of the property the customer had chosen. I was referred by Kimco to the second partner, with a one-fourth share, not reachable by phone or email--absolutely no customer service. I have disputed this fraudulent charge with my bank.My rating for Kimco and their lesser partner is minus 1,000 (- 1,000), a barometer not listed in the scale.

March 18 · CalafI asked Brett Cooper about a property and he lied and said it was not available. Its still listed on the website. And I drive by the location every Sunday and its still available. Its very sad when people don't want to do their Job. I would not recomend wasting your time or energy on such a disorganized company. List with local companies who know the area and actually care about the neighorborhood they serve. Support local.
