Stay away from this realty. He will start the process with you, make you believe everything its done properly, until they refuse to submit documents until you PAY FIRST.
September 09 · ChyI’ve rented with K-Pro management from Sept 2016- September 2017. I left the apartment the first week of Sept 2017 and still paid the rent for the month. I was required to give two months security at time of rent. Here we are in January 2018 and I have yet to receive any of my security deposit back. I’ve called numerous times, emailed every week and even shown up in his office only to be given the run around. I am now being hung up on when I call the office. It’s a shame I have to go through the courts to get back my security deposit after a doing everything right. Bypass this K-Pro Realty. Owner is very greedy and disrespectful.

He managed two of my Parkchester condos for several years before I realized he was cheating me on the rent money. He had the tenants sign duplicate sets of lease. One for him and one for me. His lease was signed with higher rent while mine was signed with a lower rent amount. He and family own several dozen condos in Parkchester. Whenever he had a vacancy in his units he would move my tenants into his leaving mine vacant. Between tenants he would charge me for repairs that were non-existent such carpet cleaning (condos had hardwood floors), fumigation (which was a covered service by Parkchester) and for new appliances which were never delivered to my units. It took me a while to figure out his scams because Of my trust in him as my uncle. If he can heartless to cheat his own niece, imagine how ruthless he could be with others. Consider yourself lucky if you have not run into him yet.
