Im self employed and showed them I have 20+ years of rent saved up in my bank but because my income was low this year, they gave me the ran around and wasted my time for 2 weeks just to tell me a lie saying they wont rent me the apartment because the tenant wont move out in time anymore.So if a millionaire is retired and doesnt have income on the year but has 20+ years of rent in cash + a perfect credit score of 770+ with 0 missed payments in 15 years, I am not eligible? Waste of time and unprofessional with their responses. Never going to attempt to do business with them again.
September 01 · Kurt LeeI just moved in a few days ago and I unknowingly rented a unit with a roach infestation. Management failed to ensure the place was pest free when they let me move in. They state that they have not received complaints in the rest of the building but judging by the state of infestation in my apartment, it is doubtful at best. Management’s response was to have their maintenance employee spray raid everywhere instead of having a professional exterminator. See attached images if you want to look for yourself. A shame that this place is infested because the apartment itself and the building are quite beautiful.

They take my cellphone down and don't call back. I have sent them emails with no response. If you decide to buy/rent in this building, please be cognizant that the management here is absolutely HORRENDOUS.
