Worst management company. Don't even think about considering them. Your tenants and staff will thank me. Go to their office. Notice "office" is not plural.. rinky dinky company to the ma ...they don't care about their tenant's building or for the staff. Just money.. Horrible maintenance. Everthing is McGuyver'd. Good thing the apartments are owned not rented. If not, they would be held up by glue like the rest of the building. Owner just cares about money and how to make cuts to save money for himself. Has been accused by tenants of wrong doings. Mavro!! ✌️🤘.... as for how he treats the staff...I'll put it this way...5 years after he acquired 1 of his buildings...one of his staff found out Irving Realty never sent the workers 401k contributions to his 401k. FOR 5 YEARS. Where did that money go for those 5 yrs? that's just the tip of the iceberg. You have been warned. Good luck

May 17 · Mark DulayI rent from Irvine Group a NYC unit where 2 of 4 windows are broken (one has a broken handle and can't be opened; the other is unhinged and can fall on top of you when opened). In addition, all 4 windows have no screens *and* no tracks for screens, making it impossible to get any fresh air. (The windows are large and open inward, so I cannot buy screens to install on my own.) Despite the super's advice that the windows be replaced, the landlord has refused to repair or replace the windows, assessing that the unit was rented "as is." Since when does "as is" consign a tenant to broken windows and a complete lack of fresh air?The landlord also failed to inform me and the tenant across the hall that, shortly after we moved in, there would be deafening renovations, lasting several months, on the unoccupied apartment just below ours. So now I get to live in a suffocating apartment while listening to loud noise all the time.Also, the microwave oven in the unit has been broken since the day I moved in, the laundry room in the basement is filthy, and workers hired to do renovations elsewhere in the building are not equipped with face masks or gloves during a public health pandemic.Irvine Group is totally unprofessional. I give it my lowest recommendation.
