★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1*Don't use their services, they stole my money!*About six months ago I rented an office from them, from the first minute I entered the office Jennifer, the office manager, spoke badly and had an additive.I signed a contract that said that every month I would be charged $513, in the third month I see that I was charged $750.When I asked why, Jennifer answered me nervously that it was a charge for coffee services and cleaning services.When I told her that no one mentioned this when I signed the contract, she said that it was your problem that you didn't read the small print, in other words...After that, I canceled my services with them through the website, after two months Jennifer sent me an email that I owed them $1,500 for two months.I told her that I canceled the office through the website, we had a long argument and she threatened me that they would sue me.In the end, I had no choice, so I paid them... In addition, when I entered the office, I paid them a $1500 deposit that they said would be returned to me within 30-45 days after I left the office. It's been 85 days and they haven't returned my money. Simply shocking, a big company that abuses its power and screws the little citizen!

May 28 · Candido GonzalezEnjoyed a three month stay here as our company had leased a a small office. Staff was helpful, the coffee and tea was included and there was plenty of below level parking. I think the main issue was the room was too small for us to work when having to make calls to clients and hearing each other talk. Better for a a couple of people vs a group.
April 17 · Dan SchwartzBoth the building (1979 Marcus Avenue) and Regus (lead by manager Jennifer Babcock) totally disregarded any concern during the Covid 19 pandemic. Half the building is occupied by Northwell Medical Staff. The building and Regus refused to put up any signage mandating wearing masks until November 2020. The hand sanitizers on the lobby floor don't work. Since April 2020 until now I have contacted building management and Regus staff over a dozen times, informing them that none of the men's room soap dispensers work or have soap in them...they don't care! There are stains on the rugs, the walls between rooms is very thin, so if you have a neighboring tenant that's a loud sales pitching office, you will hear everything. Worst thing is that Regus staff here don't listen to any valid concerns and will do nothing to resolve it in a reasonable and fair way. The billing is terrible, do not put on auto pay! They will put additional charges on your account that they will note "Booked By: Your name" that you never booked.
