I have deepest gratitude for the patience and understanding this property has shown during my housing grant process. They worked with me in viewing the property as I tried to submit my grant while everything was in line. While it was a week shy of program changes, I'm appreciative that they understand how slow and stressful this system can be while I work to get everything back in order. Their willingness to honor non discriminatory practices, like other properties despite that being the law, this property was well versed of the process and as a single mom of two young boys, I'm so happy I found this charm of a place and company and that they know I'm working hard to keep these dates on track as a teacher and mom, its nice to be trusted as a serious tenant who respects their time and this opportunity.

January 23 · Jules ABOk let me say this, if I can give them 0 stars I would. if I can’t get approved for this apartment, I feel sorry for everyone that is even a little less qualified than I am. I’m a business owner (Restaurant) that makes 300k per year with a 780 credit score, I’m recently going through a separation that made me want to get a apartment for a little while, I applied to this apartment complex in November along with my daughter who also works in our restaurant and has her own business and she makes 175k a year so combined we make 475k a year with good credit so this application should be a no brainer. We submitted our application with all our paper work and they ran their credit check. For a ENTIRE MONTH! These people ask us for explanations on our house that we bought and our business, every single additional paper work they ask for we submitted. They even had the audacity to ask me what I was planning to do with the house I bought 4 years ago, which I don’t even understand what that had to do with our application LITERALLY NO ONE ask this for a apartment application but I complied. My last straw with them after waiting a month of back and forth is when they asked me for our business articles of organization and then told us we had to go to our banks and get stamped copies of our bank statement, LIKE WHAT!!!!! This was entirely unheard of, we are OVER QUALIFIED for this apartment yet for some odd reason they did not want to give it to us, mind you we set our move in date for January 1st and if I wasn’t proactive I would’ve still been here waiting, I found a very nice luxury apartment instead and we put in a application for that and got approved on the spot because again this should’ve been a no brainer, I ever paid 6 months worth of rent to top it all off. If you are less qualified than I am don’t even waste your time with Goldfarb I honestly think these apartment goes to inside friend and family or through some back door deals because this entirely does make any sense. All they will do is take your application fee and waste your time, and by the time your done they would already given the apartment to their friends. Utter nonsense don’t waste your time here.
