I'd rather have a root canal done by a used car salesman than list a house with them.One of the owners is a bully. I had called from my job one day to ask a question about listing fees and blocked my number because I didn't want sales people calling me.Somehow the owner not only got my number but got my name and address as well as other family members info and called me back and wouldn't let me off the phone. I had to hang up on him.They listed a house for my parents and never once even did an open house! For the listing fees they charge they did nothing!If you want to actually sell your house do not list with them.If you like to get bullied or feel like you're dealing with a used car salesman then they're your realtors.
