The apartment is new and nice, and I had a great tour with Madison—she’s genuinely kind and helpful. This was my first time applying for an apartment, so I was initially frustrated when my application was cancelled after 24 hours (even though I was given extra time), but I later learned that this is standard procedure. Unfortunately, my application was ultimately denied due to my credit score. I used to have excellent credit, but unexpected financial challenges during the pandemic impacted my score despite always paying rent on time and diligently resolving debts. Since I couldn’t secure a third-party or personal guarantor—given that most of my close friends and colleagues are out of state—I wasn’t able to qualify this time. However, once my credit improves, I’ll definitely consider this place again. I hope there can be alternative ways for people like me to demonstrate that we’re good tenants.

Thank you so much Roseanna! We arrived late and Roseanna waited us even 1 hour after the office hours to help us check in. She’s very patient and nice throughout all communications online and in person to support us with every move in step. Thank you for the move in gifts and all supplies in our home! We are grateful to have such a great leasing office!The community is super clean and quiet. The house is brand new with a wonderful landscape view and cheerful bird songs. The best place to live!

My girlfriend and I recently moved into the Arboretum and we are extremely pleased. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of paths to walk and the amenities are great. We were really lucky to have worked with both Brianna and Roseanna, who helped us secure a place and made the experience low stress. They were both very receptive to email and assisting us with any questions we had.

We moved from Boston to Long Island. It’s an exhausting long drive with a huge Uhaul with another truck. Our leasing agent Roseanna waited us for an hour after the regular office hour to help us check in. Without her, we would be homeless. Thank you so much, Roseanna! She’s very responsive to all the emails and gave us detailed instructions to ensure a smooth move in. The welcome gift and other little stuff soon made this house become a relaxing and lovely home.After moving and living in five different states with in the ten years, so far this is the best apartment! Everything is brand new with stylish modern design. Summer is full of colors here. The community has a spacious and clean dog park. Great place for family and pets. Highly recommended!
