If negative stars were an option, Goldmont Realty would deserve them. This is by far the worst management company—do yourself a favor and avoid their properties. After being displaced for two years due to a fire caused by previously reported electrical issues, I was promised an apartment in better condition. Instead, due to their cost-cutting and unqualified contractors, the building remains in disrepair. It is filthy, with water leaks everywhere—a clear reflection of their negligence.

These people got a circus in that office id have more chance contacting the president directly than anybody in that office, they do not care one bit and thats why im saturating the 311 line with complaints regarding this specific office… they do appointments for repairs and give ghost phones that nobody picks up

Goldmont Realty does not care about their tenants. At 25 tennis court, it took them OVER A YEAR to address our leaking ceiling after multiple complaints with video evidence. If we didn't call 311, I doubt any repairs would have taken place. And the interior damaged caused by the leaks was never addressed by the time we moved out. There aren't enough washer/dryers for the building and the ones there are constantly out of service. The elevators are also consistently out of service. Additionally, our entire security deposit was used to pay the remaining balance of our last month's rent, overpaying the balance by over $600. We have yet to receive the remainder of our security deposit.

Good landlord, rent portal is easy to use. The neighbors are really great in 65 Lenox and the area is peaceful to live in.

Definitely slum lords. They will not fix a broken elevator. It's been going on 4 months and they don't care if paying tenants don't have a working elevator. The elevator will work for one trip and then it's down ( get in press a floor and it doesn't move) for the next few hours. Tenants are PHYSICALLY pulling the elevator door close. A repair man claimed they don't want to pay for the part to FIX the elevator. This company treats people like garbage and they MAKE IT CRYSTAL CLEAR that the tenants well being ARE NOT their concern. FIX THE ELEVATOR!!!!(9/19) city has shut down the elevator.
