Find What's RARE Introduce
Welcome to our in-depth profile of Find What's RARE, a distinguished real estate agency operating in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. In a city as competitive and fast-paced as NYC, finding a home that truly stands out—one that is, in a word, "RARE"—requires the expertise of a dedicated and knowledgeable team. Find What's RARE has carved out a niche for itself by specializing in luxury property buying, sales, and rentals, catering to discerning clients who seek exceptional homes. Their focus goes beyond just transactions; they position themselves as a "cultural attaché" to New York’s most in-demand neighborhoods, connecting clients not just with a property, but with a community. This unique approach is what has helped them build a reputation for a seamless and client-focused experience.
Navigating the luxury real estate market in New York can be complex, filled with unique challenges and exclusive opportunities. Find What's RARE's specialization in this high-end segment means they possess the specific market knowledge and connections required to succeed. Whether you're a buyer looking for a unique brownstone, a seller aiming to market a high-value condominium, or a renter searching for a lavish apartment, their team is equipped to guide you through the process. A testament to their professional service is seen in the positive feedback from clients who praise the team's responsiveness and ability to make the process "smooth and easy." This level of service is crucial in a market where timing and expertise are everything.
While a professional and friendly demeanor is a goal for any service-based business, it is important for prospective clients to be aware of the full spectrum of a business's reputation. As with any public-facing entity, there can be varied experiences. One client's glowing review highlights the team's helpfulness and positive collaboration, expressing gratitude for their support in finding the perfect place. Another review, however, describes a contrasting experience with the owner, detailing a negative interaction over a minor incident involving a pet. This serves as a reminder that personal encounters can shape a business's image and that direct, factual information from all available sources is key for a well-rounded understanding. This article aims to present a comprehensive and factual overview, providing you with all the publicly available information to make an informed decision for your real estate needs in Brooklyn.

Rachel, Terrell, and the whole FWR team have been extremely helpful when my partner and I reached out to them about a few apartments we wanted to see. They are very responsive, and were wonderful to work with during showings. Overall we're super pleased with our experience, and they eventually helped us find the right place for us. They made the process smooth and easy, which takes away a huge amount of headache. We're beyond grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Would love to work with you again in the future.
July 17 · S LI am utterly appalled by the behavior of the owner of this establishment. While taking my puppy out for a quick potty break, he innocently relieved himself near the edge of her outdoor mat—not even near the front door and certainly not in a deliberate way. Instead of handling the situation with basic decency, the owner stormed out, yelling aggressively at both me and my poor puppy, who was simply being a dog. Her outburst was so extreme that a kind family nearby, who witnessed the entire scene, came over to check on us.The owner had the audacity to shout, "People are out of control!" No, ma’am—you are out of control, yelling at a harmless puppy for doing something natural. This level of hostility and lack of understanding is beyond unacceptable.Included is a picture of the mat and the tiny spot where my puppy relieved himself. RACHEL: Instead of overreacting to an innocent puppy’s harmless pee, perhaps focus on keeping your entrance clean and presentable. The mat looks neglected and unkempt as it is. This is DUMBO—where every other person has a dog. Mine isn’t the first, nor will it be the last, to leave a mark on your mat. Unlike cat urine, puppy pee doesn’t even leave a lasting odor. Perhaps redirect your energy to something more constructive.
