When I used them, they added some garbage fees at closing and then also when paying off the loan. I thought their draw process would be easy and efficient using their app with the photos instead of needing an inspection. But, what I found out was that, their draw process is more expensive than others, slow, and not convenient at all. Their support team is also not very helpful.In addition to all the fluff fees they charged when paying off the loan, they had the nerve to double charge me for a "wire fee" even though they sent me a check in the mail instead. When I reached out to them they were useless and were never able to explain their fees. This seemed very petty on their part especially since I had made them over $30k on this loan yet I felt like they did not care to have a satisfied customer on the way out. Stay away from this lender. I'm an experienced investor and there are countless of good lenders out there.
August 19 · Roberto De ArmasI, a Loan Officer, brought a client to FACO for a fix and flip loan back in 2024. The deal fell apart and the client decided to use a different lender. My Account Executive (Ron Cannucci) went behind my back and reached out to the client to solicit the refinance on this property that never closed with them. This is a TERRIBLE business practice and I highly recommend Loan Officers to bring their clients elsewhere.
