★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have tried 6 times in the last 8 days to get a copy of my current lease so I can register my kid for school. Talking to someone on the phone didn't work, nor did sending emails to the directed email address. I need this done. Why Fairfield does not send new copies of your lease when you renew ANYWAY is beyond me. My child is in need of speech therapy and other pre-k services and cannot receive them until I have the copy of my lease. This is all I need to make sure my child is taken care of and for whatever reason I am being ignored. If you are a young family with pre-school aged children who have not yet been registered these properties are not for you. My child is supposed to start services in July and Fairfield is keeping her from getting what she needs at this point. 8 days is way too many. My lease renewed in April, why didn't I get a copy anyway?
June 19 · Justine WilsonContinued harrasment and bullying of our upstairs neighbor for 5 months. Cannot sleep, have any company, have peace. The pounding and screaming is all day everyday. Then til 11pm or later. Kids not in school, parent not home for 16 hrs a day. Kids locked upstairs crying at the top of their lungs. She curses into all our cameras. Everyday harrasment. Cops have come 15 times. They bang on every wall. Maintenance has heard it. Our family has seen and heard things flying off our walls. What a horrific way to live right now, in fear of her behavior.
June 12 · William ClancyHorrible. Too many awful things and too painful to recount. You won’t get fair treatment here. Property manager targets people. Corporate office will not respond to complaints.
September 04 · Gina TedescoManagement is terrible, they don’t reply emails and hardly pick up your phone. Customer service reps (e.g. Beth Ryan) are very unprofessional and rude! Do not rent any apartment by the corner until you verify where the boiler is, boiler makes noise and floors to vibrate. I am still waiting to be transferred to another apartment, they have been playing delay tactics with me for weeks and this is someone that pays rent on time, quite and clean, one of the best tenant they could ever have. Property manager, Peter always act confused and pretends that he thought the request has been resolved. What do they think will happen? I will accept it or move out? I don’t get it. Maintenance staff are okay. Laundry room is dirty 50% of the time. There is nothing luxurious about this apartment complex as advertised. I hope by some miracle they lose their monopoly on rental properties on Long Island!
December 06 · Lara James– Stay Away!If you’re thinking about dealing with Fairfield Properties, let me save you months of frustration and thousands of dollars—DON’T DO IT!This company, in partnership with Homewise Documents, is running a deceptive money-grabbing scam that will cost you time, money, and possibly even your home loan approval. Here’s how they operate their fraudulent scheme:1️⃣ They charge you an outrageous amount of money for essential documents (insurance, HOA, resale docs, etc.), which they claim are “required” for your mortgage.2️⃣ They delay providing these documents—weeks or even months—until it’s too late for you to do anything about it.3️⃣ When your lender requests the missing documents, Fairfield ghosts you completely, ignoring calls and emails.4️⃣ Your loan gets denied because the necessary paperwork wasn’t submitted in time.5️⃣ By the time you realize what happened, it’s too late to dispute the charge, and they walk away with your money and zero accountability. This isn’t just bad service—this is intentional fraud designed to bleed customers dry while keeping them trapped in bureaucratic red tape.✅ My Advice: DO NOT pay them a cent unless you receive the documents immediately. If you’ve already paid and haven’t received your paperwork in 2 months, dispute the charge with your bank ASAP. Otherwise, you will lose your money forever.Fairfield Properties is one of the worst, most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. Run far, far away.If you’ve been scammed by them, speak up!
