Sam was very helpful in introducing me to all the policies and the laws in NYC that constrain or help homeowners in selling and renting. Who knew there were so many laws in place. I did not interact with other members of this establishment, but if you are also a new home seller like me, I highly recommend looking for Agent Sam. Thank you Sam for your help! July 15 · Jazz LI was interested in purchasing two different properties for sale within a year that were listed with this real estate. Both times the agents were disgustingly rude, and I couldn’t understand why whenever we would go to look at a house together they were nasty. It’s an Asian/Chinese real estate. They did not present either of the offers to the sellers because I was not Chinese. They were ONLY submitting offers to the sellers From Chinese buyers. Which is highly illegal and absolutely disgusting. I have reported them and the listing agent to DOS And the real estate board. And then you wonder why every neighborhood is only Chinese and why it’s so hard for Americans to purchase properties. This is why. Stop going with Asian-based Real Estates!!!! Stay away from this real estate company !
May 11 · M Fvery unprofessional agents with negative attitudes. rented an commerical office the agent will not deliver my messages to the landlord negotiate the terms for me also hung up on me. agents is lack of common sense and do not know what their job is about. i'm the client paying for a few thousand dollar agent fees they did not bother to help me negotiate with landlord. also manager on site very have the same problems complaint with the manager about his employees negative attitude problems and i'm not happy with it. manager never call me back to follow up. I am writing to the real estate board for complain to make sure they are not having such bad agents serving the community and for other people with lack of real estate experinces have to suffer what i suffered before ! if you ever like any of the apartment or commercial that's posted by them get your own agent from another company because E house agent only care about their commision and will not provide service I meant no service at all and negative attitudes nobody deserve this kinda service !!!
April 05 · Jimmy K. LuHelped tenants forge documents to rent our co-op and didn’t go through a proper credit check with our board. Ended up having tenants that don’t pay rent and we’re being sued by co-op board because the tenants are causing trouble and not moving out. Real estate agent Joel Lu refuses to take responsibility and has stopped replying to phone calls & text. Very irresponsible and do not recommend anyone to this agency.Wish I could give them 0 stars if it were an option
